Farm Properties are owned and managed by Anne Maybury. Anne and her husband Sean
Finn built these houses on family land with the sole intention of including them
in the upper end of the Self Catering market.
Anne has vast experience in this area having been born
into the Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast business some thirty years ago.
The idea is to provide spacious, warm, comfortable
accommodation with a home from home feel and this has certainly been achieved .
Cedar Lodge
Situated overlooking Kenmare Bay at Killaha East, Kenmare. Cedar Lodge is a
Luxury house with four ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 9 people comfortably. All
bedrooms are large and all have views of Kenmare Bay and the McGillicuddy Reeks
and Killarney mountains.
This house is situated on an acre of landscaped gardens and the entire property
is finished to a very high standard. One bedroom is on the ground floor the
other three are on the first floor.
Cedar Lodge has a very large living/dining room with a conservatory leading onto
a patio area with barbacue and garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully fitted and the large utility has an American style washing
machine and a dryer. This house is over 3,500 sq feet and there is a great
feeling of space once you enter.
Seascape Lodge
Situated overlooking Kenmare Bay and Kerry mountains this house is a luxury
property with five bedrooms all with private bathroom and master bathroom with
Jacuzzi Bath. All bedrooms are equipped with hairdryer. The master bedroom has a
balcony overlooking the water, it has a TV, Hairdryer and Tea/Coffee making
facilities, and there are sea / mountain views from all rooms.
The living room is large with open fire and there is also a Jotul Log Burning
stove in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully fitted and leads into the dining room via double doors
which in turn lead onto a large patio area with garden furniture and barbeque. A
fully equipped utility room with washing machine, dryer etc.
This house is furnished to a very high standard. Cooking is by electric cooker
and microwave and the kitchen has a side by side fridge freezer with drinks
chiller and ice maker.
Both properties are secure for families as they both have secure double gates
to the roadway. Both properties are landscaped to a very high standard.
