Driving a Car in Cyprus
Legal blood alcohol levels for driving in Cyprus have
recently decreased from .09 mg/ml to .05 mg/ml.
Vehicles are not permitted to leave Cyprus. Also it is
not allowed to drive into Northern Cyprus.
All drivers are required to hold a full, clean and
unendorsed licence for at least 3 years.
Minimum age for driving in Cyprus is 23 years old.

Ayia Napa, Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos city limits.
Travel Advisories and Tips
There are different driving laws in the North and South but,
since you cannot drive to the North, this shouldn't be a problem..
Cars drive on the left side of the road, like they do in
Ireland and the UK.
