Driving a Car in Cyprus

Legal blood alcohol levels for driving in Cyprus have recently decreased from .09 mg/ml to .05 mg/ml.

Vehicles are not permitted to leave Cyprus. Also it is not allowed to drive into Northern Cyprus.

All drivers are required to hold a full, clean and unendorsed licence for at least 3 years.

Minimum age for driving in Cyprus is 23 years old.
